Our work is the hardware that lets a plant keep making gasoline. We specify, package, and revamp the units that heat, separate, treat, and stabilize hydrocarbons so a mixed crude slate can leave as specification-grade fuel.

That means columns, fired heaters, reactors, exchangers, and rotating machines treated as one production path, not as isolated purchase orders. If the naphtha cut wanders, reforming starves. If the hydrotreater cannot hold recycle, sulfur stays in the blend. Services here are judged by whether production stays on-spec when the assay and the permit both get tighter.

You get a named engineering lead, a document register, and data sheets that the fabrication shop and the site crew can actually build from. We start from process data: assays, heat and material balances, plot limits, and the metallurgy sour service needs.

Production equipment engineering

We turn a heat and material balance into equipment that can be fabricated and run. Atmospheric and vacuum columns, charge heaters, hydrotreaters, and rundown exchangers are sized against the crude the plant will actually process, not against a nameplate copied from the last job.

The production question is simple: will this hardware still cut a naphtha the reformer can finish, and will gasoline still clear octane, RVP, and sulfur when the slate swings. Data sheets, nozzle loads, and inspection plans travel together so production is not waiting on a drawing that disagrees with the vessel in the shop.

Unit packages for the train

A hydrotreater that arrives as three uncoordinated bids is not a production unit. We package the reactor, charge heater, recycle compressor, and separators so hydrogen, heat, and catalyst stay in balance. The same method applies to desalters, reformer charge systems, and gasoline treating blocks after a cat cracker.

Packaging is how production keeps a schedule. Long-lead items, plot tie-ins, and utilities are set before steel is cut. The plant does not discover at mechanical completion that the compressor cannot hold recycle on the heavier naphtha the crude unit is already sending.

Revamps that protect rate

Most gasoline trains are already standing. When the crude gets heavier or the sulfur spec tightens, production falls unless the existing shells can still do the job. We revamp trays, wash zones, reactor internals, and bottlenecked exchangers so the unit keeps making a cut the rest of the plant can finish.

A revamp is still production engineering. Turnaround windows, lift plans, and metallurgy in sour service decide whether the column comes back on-line as a gasoline asset or as a constraint. We write the internals and the tie-ins so the rundown after the outage is product, not rework.
